We are currently seeking dynamic Sales Engineers to help grow our market presence and support project delivery with expert technical knowledge.
Job Description
We are seeking experienced Sales Engineers to develop and maintain client relationships while offering technical solutions. You’ll collaborate with engineering teams to understand product capabilities and propose solutions that align with client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and manage client relationships in the assigned territory.
- Present and promote Watermaster’s engineering solutions and technical offerings.
- Collaborate with technical teams to prepare bids, proposals, and tenders.
- Conduct site visits and gather technical data to support project planning.
- Provide after-sales technical support and client follow-up.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and project pipeline.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or Environmental preferred).
- 3+ years of technical sales experience in construction, engineering, or water systems.
- Proven knowledge of MEP, wellness systems, water treatment, or pool/landscape equipment.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel locally and regionally when required.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (French is a plus).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM tools and proposal writing.
- Network within the construction and engineering sectors.
