Established in 1980 by Eng. Khalil Boueri, Al Miyah Holding Group (AlMiyah) originated as WATERMASTER, a pioneering force in water treatment, pools, saunas, and water features. With comprehensive offerings in consultancy, MEP services, and aftersales support, AlMiyah serves Lebanon and the broader MEA region. In 2013, AlMiyah restructured to expand its competitive advantage, creating sister companies to address diverse industry needs. Headquartered in Lebanon, with offices in the UAE, Oman, Iraq, and Saudi Arabia, AlMiyah continues to deliver landmark projects in the MEA region, with recent growth extending into Latin America.

Our Legacy

With over 40 years of expertise, MHG Group has grown into a leader in water treatment and wellness, setting new standards in excellence and sustainability. Founded in 1980 by Eng. Khalil Boueri, MHG began as an electro-mechanical contractor and evolved to offer comprehensive MEP, HVAC, water treatment, and wellness solutions. From regional projects across the Middle East to iconic global landmarks, our journey reflects a passion for innovation, a commitment to improving lives, and dedication to environmental preservation.

1980

Electro Mechanical Consultants & Contractors SARL (EMCC) Eng. Khalil Boueri founded Electro Mechanical Consultants & Contractors SARL (EMCC) in Lebanon, specializing in electro-mechanical design and contracting services.

1985

Watermaster SARL EMCC rebranded as Watermaster SARL, expanding its focus to MEP, HVAC, water treatment, and swimming pools.

1986

Watermaster broadened its service portfolio to include Wellness Solutions, such as saunas, steam rooms, and other high-end wellness offerings.

1997

Expansion Watermaster embarked on its regional expansion, executing major projects in Yemen, Turkmenistan, Syria, and Egypt as part of its Middle East growth strategy.

2003

Iraq Watermaster launched operations in Iraq, strengthening its presence in the region.

2006

Opening of Watermaster Qatar W.L.L., in partnership with Investment Holding Group, a major milestone in the expansion strategy in Gulf countries.

2012

Fluidesign Fluidesign was founded to meet the growing demand for specialized water and wellness design services.

2013

Watercenter The first WaterCenter outlet opened, offering a comprehensive range of retail wellness solutions. Al Miyah Holding was established as the parent company, uniting the group’s specialized businesses under one umbrella.

2015

Watermaster UAE Watermaster Technical Services LLC was established in the UAE. A second WaterCenter outlet opened in Dbayeh, Lebanon, featuring a 1,000 m² display area.

2019

Iconic Project Watermaster completed the innovative water feature at the Katara Amphitheater in Qatar, showcasing its expertise in large-scale projects.

2020

Watermaster Muscat Watermaster expanded into Oman with the establishment of Watermaster Muscat.

2020

Iconic Project The company completed the iconic Expo 2020 water feature in the UAE.

Grenada - Caribbean Grenada Project Execution was awarded - Offshore Project

2021

Oman Project Watermaster was awarded a major project in Oman, further solidifying its regional influence.

Watermaster KSA Watermaster LLC was established in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, marking a significant milestone in the company’s growth across the Middle East.
